Strategy/Account Management Role at Leadosaurus Services Inc.


To design creative, effective cold email campaign strategies that will convert cold prospects into interested leads for successful entrepreneurs who are your customers. And to build deep, trusting relationships with your customer roster, while constantly optimizing the campaigns you've built for them.

Your role is a mix of sales, marketing, and cold email growth-hacking.



  1. 2+ years of experience in cold email outbound
  2. 3+ years of experience in B2B industries 
  3. Proven ability to write high-performing cold emails (we have a copywriter, but you know what good copy looks like)
  4. Excellent listener and a great bedside manner. You build deep relationships and people find you trustworthy
  5. Tech-savvy. Can quickly learn new technologies, software, and seeks out new tools
  6. Intelligent, learns quickly, and can handle change by solving problems
  7. Professional, mature and reliable– our customers are successful entrepreneurs who count on you
  8. Knowledgeable in sales and marketing
  9. Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
  10. Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to hit deadlines and do what you say
  11. High-performer with a desire to achieve, grow, and succeed financially
  12. Able to work 8am to 4pm in North American Time Zones, specifically PST (GMT-8), CST (GMT-6), or EST (GMT-5)


  1. Onboard new customers with our three-step onboarding process
  2. Lead recurring meetings with clients to discuss your results and identify ways to improve
  3. Identify and design excellent outbound strategies that produce consistent leads
  4. Resolve client requests by working with our technical team when you need it
  5. Optimize your campaigns using A/B testing
  6. Suggest new ideas that keep clients excited and engaged about the growth you can deliver
  7. Draft or approve copy that is compelling, concise, and reaches the inbox
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best-practices for deliverability and compliance (CASL, CAN-SPAM)
