Counterintuitively, more notifications often results in fewer no-shows
You’re keeping yourself top of mind
If they haven’t accepted the invite, you can consider including a note about why you’re looking forward to meeting with them as part of the reminder/notification
Some folks also like to send them a calendar invite once they indicate interest, but haven’t agreed a time
You’re then negotiating time on their calendar rather than even if you should be on there
If they no show, consider having a simple planned sequence
Show them grace, let them off the hook, but attempt to reschedule immediately
